1. What are cookies
Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit a website. They make the website work, remember your preferences, and help us understand how the website is used.
2. Which cookies we use
Necessary cookies
Necessary browser storage keeps your cookie choice, your secure session when you are signed in, and temporary security identifiers for known devices or devices trusted for 2FA. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse. These technologies are necessary for security and requested functions.
Analytics cookies
After your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure website usage. We also keep campaign parameters, the landing page and any advertising click IDs for the current browser session only. If you then submit a form, those source details are linked to that enquiry. Google advertising storage and ad personalisation remain disabled; the Meta Pixel is not loaded.
We do not use advertising cookies and do not share data with advertisers.
3. Your choice
On your first visit we ask for your consent. You can accept all cookies, allow only necessary cookies, or choose per category. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings at the bottom of the website.
You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may limit how the website works.
4. Retention periods
Your cookie choice and known-device identifier are kept for no more than twelve months. A device trusted for 2FA remains valid for thirty days. Sign-in cookies follow the secure account session. Campaign attribution disappears after the browser session. Google Analytics cookies remain valid for up to twenty four months by default.
5. Third parties
Google Analytics is operated by Google Ireland Limited and is loaded only after consent. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded on forms as necessary fraud protection and processes browser and device signals to distinguish people from bots. When you open the external Stripe Checkout, Stripe's privacy and cookie information also applies there.
